There are 3 important component in business intelligent project.

1. Facts : Business events to analyze. e.g. Invoices, Stocks Movements, Purchase, Good Receipts, Payments, etc. business မှာ analyze လုပ်ဖို့လိုအပ်တဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက် (Business Event) တွေကို Fact လို့ ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ ဥပမာအားဖြင့် Invoices တွေ၊ Stock အဝင်အထွက်တွေ၊ ကုန်ဝယ်၊ ကုန်လက်ခံ၊ ငွေပေးငွေယူမှတ်တမ်း စတာတွေပါ။

2. Measures : Numbers to analyze. e.g. Revenue, Gross Margin, Payment Days, Stock Value, etc. အထက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ business တွေကို မူတည်ပြီးမှ လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် အဓိကကျတဲ့ အချက်တွေကို ဆွဲထုတ်တွက်ယူတာပါ။ ဥပမာ။ရောင်းရငွေ (revenue)၊ အကြမ်းအမြတ်၊ ငွေပေးရန်ရက်၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်တန်ဖိုး စတာတွေကို တွက်ရပါတယ်။

3. Dimensions : Business entities to slice and dice the report. e.g. Customer, Product, Date, Territory, Sales Representatives, Supplier, Etc. Business event တွေပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး တွက်ထားတဲ့ measures တွေကို dimensions လို့ ခေါ်တဲ့ business entities တွေနဲ့ တွဲကပ်စိတ်ဖြာ ကြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ၊ ဘယ် customer ဆီကို ဘယ်လောက်ရောင်းထားတယ်။ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအလိုက် revenue ကြည့်တာမျိုး၊ ရက်အလိုက်၊ လအလိုက်၊ အရောင်းနယ်မြေအလိုက်၊ အရောင်းတာဝန်ခံအလိုက် ပေါင်းကြည့်တာမျိုးတွေ၊ Supplier အလိုက် အရှုံးအမြတ်ကြည့်တာမျိုးတွေ စတဲ့ business entities တွေပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး business event တွေရဲ့ တည်ရှိနေပုံတွေကို အသေးစိတ် ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာကြည့်ဖို့အတွက် Dimension တွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
