When adding the time values in range, such as total working overtime hours for employees, and it is needed to format as [h]:mm:ss. Otherwise, although the total hours is more than 24, it will stuck to 24 and could not be able to show the actual values. If is not the summation errors. It is just a formatting error.

အချိန်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ data cell တွေကို ပေါင်းတဲ့အချိန်မှာ date data cell များရဲ့ time format ပုံစံက summary ပေါင်းလဒ် cell အထိလဲ ဆွဲယူသွားတဲ့ အတွက် ပေါင်းလဒ် တန်ဖိုးဟာ 24 နာရီ ကျော်နေမယ်ဆိုရင် ပေါင်းလဒ်အဖြေမှန်ကို မပြနိုင်ပါ။ ပေါင်းလဒ် အချိန်မှန်ကို ပြချင်ရင် ပေါင်းလဒ် cell ကို [h]:mm:ss အနေနဲ့ format လုပ်ရပါမယ်။

ဥပမာအားဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ ပုံမှာ A2 ကနေ A5 အထိမှာ Working hour အချိန်တွေကို ထည့်ထားပြီး A6 ကတော့ အဲဒီworking hours တွေရဲ့ ပေါင်းလဒ်ကို =SUM(A2:A5) နဲ့ formula ရေးထားပါတယ်။ ပထမပုံမှာ ပြထားတဲ့ A6 summary cell က format မလုပ်ထားတဲ့အတွက် ပြတဲ့ တန်ဖိုး မမှန်ပါ။ ဒုတိယပုံမှာတော့ ပေါင်းလဒ် cell A6 ကို Format လုပ်ထားတဲ့အတွက် A2 ကနေ A5 အထိကို ပေါင်းထားတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးအဖြေမှန်ဖော်ပြနေပါတယ်။
