တခါတလေ category တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခုရဲ့ data ကွာခြားတာဟာ အရမ်းတာဟာ အရမ်းသေးငယ်တဲ့ တန်ဖိုးတွေ ဖြစ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဉပမာ Jan ရောင်းအားက 50, Feb ရောင်းအားက 50, Mar ရောင်းအားက 51 ဖြစ်နေတာမျိုးပါ။ ဒီလို data မျိုးတွေ ကို chart ဆွဲတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် ဒီသေးငယ်တဲ့ value ကွာခြားမှုကို မြင်သာအောင် ဖော်ပြဖို့လိုသလား မလိုဘူးလား ဆိုတာ အရင် စဉ်းစားရပါတယ်။

ကွာခြားမှု အသေးစိတ်ကို ပေါ်လွင်အောင် ဖော်ပြချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ chart ရဲ့ vertical axis ကို actual value နဲ့ပဲ ထားဆွဲပါ။ ဒါဆို ပထမပုံမှာ ပြထားတဲ့ အတိုင်း ကွာခြားမှုကို chart မှာ ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း မြင်ရပါမယ်။ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဒီလိုသေးငယ်တဲ့ ကွာခြားမှုတွေကို မမြင်သာ စေချင်ရင်တော့ Vertical Axis ရဲ့ စမှတ်တန်ဖိုးကို 0 ထည့်ပေးလိုက်ရင် ဒုတိယပုံမှာလို အနိမ့်အမြင့် သိပ်မကွာတဲ့ chart ကို မြင်ရပါမယ်။

Vertical Axis ရဲ့ စမှတ်တန်ဖိုးကို ပြောင်းမယ်ဆိုရင် Vertical Axis ပေါ်မှာ right click နှိပ်ပြီး ပေါ်လာတဲ့ menu မှာ Format Axis ကို ရွေးပါ။ Format Axis pane ရဲ့ Axis option ထဲက Minimum Bound နေရာမှာ "၀" ကို ရိုက်ထည့်ပါ။

In some cases, the data variance between each category is in very small number, for example, Jan has 50 sales, Feb has 50 sales and Mar has 51 sales. In that cases, if that data variance is important for analysis, draw the chart vertical axis with actual value. If the data variance is not need to be significant, change the vertical axis to start from 0. See the difference between Vertical Axis Starts from Value chart and Vertical Axis Starts from 0. To set the chart's vertical axis to starts from 0, Right click the vertical axis, select Format Axis from the menu. In the Format Axis pane, under Axis Options, set Minimum bounds to 0.
